Female Athlete Network - Junior Education Workshop

Dear Players & Families,

On the back of a very successful Female Festival, we are very fortunate to have the Female Athlete Network coming to facilitate a 1 hour education workshop for U13 & U15 female players  (netball & football).

Topics to be covered include:

• Female Athlete Wellbeing

• Introduction to hormones

• Menstruation

• Sleep

• Concussion

• Burnout/injury prevention

This is a FREE catered event - food & drinks will commence at 6pm with the presentation at 7pm.
