Female Athlete Network - Senior Education Workshop

Dear Players & Families,

On the back of a very successful Female Festival, we are very fortunate to have the Female Athlete Network coming to facilitate a 1 hour education workshop for senior/17+ female players (netball & football) and officials.

Topics to be covered include:

• Menstrual health and performance

• Interplay of hormones on health

• Common medical conditions of the female athlete

• The flux of nutritional demands of the female athlete

This is a FREE catered event - food & drinks will commence at 6pm with the presentation at 7pm.
