A session for all Senior Netballers and Senior Female Footballers as well as all under 19s (football & netball)
The facilitator is Liz Quinn - Joining Forces Leadership & Coaching. Liz is also from Richmond AFLW - Culture & Leadership and has worked with the likes of the Collingwood Magpies Netball team, Prokick Australia and Tennis Australia.
Pizza and Drinks provided as part of the session.
A follow up session/s will also be held later in the year.
